Nothing else is recorded — not her history, nor why Jehan chose her for a mission the order wanted kept quiet. But she was a knight with a squire of her own, which makes her senior enough to train someone, and her squire’s family was one step from the Owl’s 1732 demon kill. See Marin of Clan Aggadum.
Speculation
Did Dalet want Elysant, or did he want Marin? Squires travel with their knights, so only one of the pair needed choosing. If it was Marin he wanted — a dwarf whose cousin had handled On the Summoning of Guardian Spirits — then Elysant came along as the attachment, and the escort’s composition means something quite different. Unresolvable without asking Visenne.
