Overview
Home to cities dating back to the Old Empire, with some of its great works still standing in varying repair: formidable city walls, aqueducts, sewers, bathhouses, and roads. Peoples of many origins live here, including Elves and Dwarves.
Warm and fairly dry, but hilly regions and low mountains stay cooler and wetter — supporting olives, grapes, and hazelnuts (the country around Al-Hakim University is known for hazelnuts, other nuts, and wine).
